Discover our captivating home venue—a charming 2200 square foot ranch-style Florida wood-frame house, peacefully tucked away on a secluded dead-end street. Guests are treated to generous indoor and outdoor areas, highlighted by a sprawling backyard featuring a custom concrete fireplace and patio. Step through the front garden courtyard into a welcoming sitting room adorned with vaulted ceilings. The main living space beckons with two additional gathering spots—a cozy TV room and a serene library—offering delightful spaces for every occasion.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • We set up and manage the venue, including all styling, ready upon your arrival. All you need to do is relax and enjoy your home away from home for the evening! Guests can choose from one of our three, curated tablescape packages. All tablescapes feature fresh, locally grown in-season flower arrangements, and carefully curated linens, silverware, dishes, and glasses.

  • We kindly ask you keep your party to 15 in our home venue space.

  • Please reach out either by email to hello@christianleedesign.com or Fill out our request form below. Each offered package is a starting point, and custom additions can be added to any selected tier or styling package.

  • Of course! We would love to help you at your home, or at mine.

  • Definitely – we currently offer charcuterie and dessert boards. But guests are welcome to bring in their own food and catering.

  • We ask that you request a date no sooner than two weeks out. That gives us time to curate your event experience, and prepare the venue for you.

  • When booking, we ask for a $300 non-refundable deposit to hold the venue and event date once your inquiry is accepted. This deposit applies to your total, which will be invoiced prior to your party. The remaining balance is due 72 hours before your party.

  • We kindly ask that you give us 72 hours notice if you are cancelling your event. If conflicts arise, please let us know so we can reschedule!
